We had an exceptionally foggy winter in Vienna; we haven’t seen anything like it for years. So it’s all the more lovely when the sun finally comes out and we can test our new lens and camera combination for the first time.
The Water Park in Vienna is home to a fairly large colony of grey herons, which are quite used to visitors. As long as there are no leaves on the trees, you can get a good view watching the birds doing their business.
Over the course of several sessions, a lovely portfolio has been created.
